efficient service amazing staff table mountain
i found the breakfast service to be quite efficient. sindi, marzel, siyo and miche were amazing and helpful. i appreciated the view of table mountain from the restaurant on the 11th floor.
i noticed that the rooftop area seems like it could use some better organization.

the junior suite was spacious and well lit. the bed was large and very comfortable. a comfortable workspace was available in the room. the room included standard amenities.

the hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the v&a waterfront. the rooftop bar provided views of the surrounding area. a spar market is conveniently located across from the hotel providing necessities for your stay.

the hotel's location is very central making it easy to get around. the waterfront is easily accessible by foot from the hotel. the hotel is close to the convention center which is very useful for those attending events.

the staff provided very good customer service. brandon was especially helpful and accommodating . the personnel were friendly and professional making my stay very pleasant. the breakfast team were very polite.

inconsistent housekeeping hot water delay
I was a bit disappointed . the housekeeping service was inconsistent. On several occasions, they came at very inconvenient times. This meant I had to leave the room unexpectedly. there was a noticeable delay in getting hot water in the shower on the first two days. I had to let the water run for about 15 minutes, which seems wasteful.

the hotel is a short walk to the convention center.. this was very convenient for my meetings. the breakfast had a generous spread, which i found helpful before a busy day. the staff were consistently kind..

small bathroom cramped gym
the room i got was a bit disappointing. the bathroom seemed smaller than i expected compared to other hotels. also, the gym felt quite cramped and it lacked space if you wanted to do any free weight exercises. this made it hard to get a good workout when i wanted it.
